The Standard
Every install — from a small bungalow to a multi-unit commercial property — runs through the same five-stage process. That consistency is what lets us show up on time, deliver exactly what was agreed, and still have every strand working through January.

The Five Stages
We visit your property, measure footage, and note architectural features. All consultations are free with no obligation to book.
We produce a coverage layout and colour recommendation — a digital mockup is included for first-year clients.
We send a line-item estimate. Once approved, we schedule your install date and lock in your crew — confirmed in writing.
Our crew arrives on the agreed date, typically completing residential installs in a single visit — usually 3–6 hours.
We return in January, remove everything carefully, and store your lights until the following season — ready to go.
